If you’ve been waiting for custom models of AMD’s new RX 5700 and 5700 XT to release, you’re in luck… Kind of… Custom models have started to release over the past while, but your options are currently VERY limited.

In fact, your options are so limited right now that you basically have one choice for both the 5700 and the 5700 XT and they both come from Sapphire. There are other choices listed, but the vast majority are either out of stock or haven’t even shipped yet.

Currently, these are your RX 5700 and 5700 XT options:

Sapphire Pulse RX 5700

  • Base Clock: 1540 MHz
  • Boost Clock: 1750 MHz
  • 1x HDMI; 3x DisplayPort
  • PCIe 4.0

The Sapphire Pulse RX 5700 is currently the only RX 5700 in stock anywhere. Conveniently, it’s also turning out to be one the best options in terms of independent test results.

Sapphire Pulse RX 5700 XT

  • Base Clock: 1670 MHz
  • Boost Clock: 1925 MHz
  • 1x HDMI; 3x DisplayPort
  • PCIe 4.0

Like the Pulse 5700, the Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT is currently the only option in terms of buying a custom model RX 5700 XT. Aesthetically, the Pulse 5700 XT is practically identical to the Pulse 5700. The only real differences lie inside of the GPU where you’ll find significantly more rendering power.

Beyond those 2 options, there are a plethora of other cards either planned or already announced. MSI, Gigabyte, ASRock, PowerColor, and XFX all have their own custom models out in the wild, but none of them are in stock.

How long the Sapphire cards will remain in stock is a mystery. They could sell out today, or they might not sell out at all. It’s always hard to say, if not near impossible.

So, those are your options. Either you opt for one of the currently available Sapphire cards (Sapphire is one of the best brands) or you can wait until a more varied array of options hit the market – something that will slowly happen over the course of the next month or so.
